Commonly Asked Questions

What payments do you take?

We accept Apple & Google Pay, Debit and Credit Cards.

What if we need to cancel?

Please call as soon as the need to cancel is realized. Deposit refunds are only given if your order is canceled 48 hours prior to your event. Also, once we have arrived at your event site, we do not give refunds for any reason, including weather.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  A $25 deposit is required for all reservations. Your deposit guarantees your rental items and is subtracted from your order total on the day of your event. Your deposit lets us know that you are serious and helps us to better manage our inventory.

Can I pick my order up?

We no longer provide a pick up option due to our store closure. We only provide delivery service. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we deliver all rentals. $25.00 delivery fee (0-12 miles)  $50.00 delivery fee (12.1 - 20 miles). 

How far am I away from your site?

Decatur City Hall is good marker to determine your distance 

Is there a setup fee?

Yes.  If you require us to setup the tables and chairs.

Which type of locations do you not service?

We do not service apartments, nightclubs, or parks.

Do you provide same day service?

Yes, same day orders are subject to $50.00 plus delivery fee. (Assuming your desired items are available).
